BONUS! Ask to receive your bonus!

Earn $5 off to come and play on the new paintball field when it is completed this summer! (If you don't want a coupon, pass it to someone who will use it!).

The other way the V.I.P. Days work is through Camperships!

Work one day from 8:30am-4:30pm and earn $2.50 per day/per person! (1 person working 6 days = $15 off a camp of your choice).

Lets say theres is a family/youth group of 8 people. They would be able to fund one Day camper if they came to 6 V.I.P. Days ($120)! Imagine the joy and opportunity gained because of the INVESTMENT in anothers' life.

What if you had 16 people from your family/youth group. They would be able to fund one Jr. High or Senior High camper if they came to 6 V.I.P. Days ($240)! Any combination works!

Workers ages 8-101 will qualify for campership opportunity. Camperships are able to be credited to any person or age of your choice. You can also donate money to go into the campership fund for V.I.P. Days.

For camperships to count, they MUST be used this summer (2012), and will not roll over into 2013.

The aim of this program is to help folks use their God given talents to help Canyonview fulfill its mission statement of "Speaking the Truth in Love." Putting feet to your faith takes shape in many ways within the walls of our Canyon.  Here are just a few key ways that others have come alongside the staff to help our ministry.

Kitchen Duties: Includes everything it takes to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for the large staff Canyonview has during the summer months.  Duties also include serving campers at off-site venues and special functions that are planned at various times throughout the year.  Food preparation is in a supervised area that is labor intensive. All hands are welcome and needed as we strive to bless those that come and fellowship with us.

Maintenance Duties: Keeping our eighty-three acres in tip-top shape throughout the seasons is a never ending task needing many hands to complete. Use of camp-owned, donated or rented equipment takes place daily.  Knowledge of how to use the equipment is preferred but not a must.  Most of the time a willing spirit a strong back and a little direction from staff is all it takes to get the job done.  We strive to be a good steward of all God has allowed us to call "Canyonview."

Promotion and Fundraising: This area is a key part done by everyone to some degree or another.  Telling others about your experience is the best promotion we can have.  There are many who donate regularly as well as folks who donate or sponsor events that are held during the year.  Volunteers in this area serve when the focus is on our annual banquet and auction.  In addition, volunteers are needed to serve when the golf-marathon appears on the calendar in the spring.  Year-round efforts of Ambassadors dispersing focused quarterly notices and flyers puts the right information in the right hands at the right time.  Being able to support Canyonview in these efforts is like adding oil to a squeaky wheel.  Correct promotion and sufficient resources create a full camp which helps us know that God has Canyonview amidst his plans.

Barn Duties: Owning and maintaining one horse is a chore that takes time, passion and love.  Multiply by seventy and you'll find we have a fantastic staff that shows care and concern not only for the horses but also for the people who ride them within our facility.  Volunteers in this area normally need special training and as mentioned above share a passion and love that makes this duty a joy instead of a job.

We love volunteers at Canyonview. It is our hope that you can follow God's leading to join us to enjoy and serve beside our staff in a way that suits you best.
